上海地区污水源热泵夏季制冷性能研究

摘要:

城镇污水具有温度相对恒定、冬暖夏凉的特点,是一种优良的低温热源,与热泵结合具有很好的节能前景。搭建了热泵实验平台,并以上海市某污水厂的二级出水为热源,通过实验对污水源热泵系统的制冷量、功耗进行了拟合和验证。在验证的基础上,以污水厂2010年的实际污水水温、流量为计算依据,对夏季制冷季(7—9月)不同月份系统的平均性能系数、制冷量及减排量进行了估算。结果表明:系统制冷量、功耗的拟合可以较好地反映系统的实际运行工况;系统具有较高的性能系数(COP),7,8,9月系统的月平均COP分别为4.98,4.26和4.16。

Abstract:

Municical sewage has the characteristics of relative stable temperature, cool in summer and warm in winter, which is an excellent low temperature heat source, and shows a promising energy-saving prospect. Constructs a sewage-source heat pump system and employs the secondary effluent from a sewage plant in Shanghai as the heat source. Tests and verifies the refrigerating capacity and power consumption of the sewage-source heat pump system. Based on the verification and the actual temperature and flow rate of sewage in 2010, estimates the average COP, refrigerating capacity and emission reduction of the system in different months(July, August and September) of the summer condition. The results show that the fitting of the system refrigerating capacity and power consumption can reflect the actual operation condition, the average COPs of July, August and September are 4.98, 4.26 and 4.16, respectively, and the system has a high COP.
