基于响应曲面法的溶液除湿量双因素交互影响规律研究

摘要:
基于响应曲面的实验方法,对溶液式空气除湿机组除湿量的影响因素进行了实验研究。回归了溶液除湿量与溶液再生温度、溶液浓度、溶液流量三者的关系式,分析了溶液参数两两交互作用下对机组除湿量的影响。结果表明,溶液再生温度和溶液浓度的相关性较大。根据回归公式,对机组进行了运行调试,验证了公式的适用性。
Abstract:
Based on the response surface method, conducts lots of experiments to investigate the influence factors of the dehumidification capacity of a solution type air dehumidification unit. Obtains the relationship between dehumidification capacity and three parameters (i.e. regeneration temperature, solution flow rate and concentration) by regression analysis. Analyses the impact of two-factor interaction on liquid dehumidification capacity. The results show that there is a close correlation between the regeneration temperature and solution concentration. Commissions the unit according to the regression formula, and proves the practical application of the formula.
