地铁用高效冷水机组空调水系统能效比分析

摘要:

针对地铁车站运行特点,对地铁某制冷机房的主机能耗、水泵能耗和冷却塔能耗进行综合考虑,提出了10 ℃/17 ℃大温差高温出水解决方案,并采用基于串联逆流双机头子母配方式设计的高效冷水机组。在相同设计工况下,可以提高机组平均蒸发温度1.4 ℃以上,降低机组平均冷凝温度1.5 ℃以上,大大提高了机组性能系数。冷水泵、冷却水泵和冷却塔采用变频优化控制,在定冷却水温度30.5 ℃/35.5 ℃工况下,其在13%~100%负荷下平均能效比达到5.5以上,具有较好的节能效果。

Abstract:

According to the operating characteristics of underground railway stations, comprehensively considers the energy consumption of chiller, pump and cooling tower for a refrigerating equipment room, proposes a 10 /17 large temperature difference and high outlet water temperature solution, and adopts a high efficieny chiller with series countercurrent and unequal double compressor heads. Under the same condition, the average evaporator temperature can increase 1.4 and the average condensation temperature can decrease 1.5 , and the coefficient of performance can increase greatly. The chilled water pump, cooling water pump and cooling tower are optimized by frequency conversion, and under the condition of cooling water temperature of 30.5 /35.5 , the energy efficiency ratio can reach 5.5 with the load rate from 13% to 100%, which has great energy saving effect.
