介绍了暖通空调系统的防腐蚀设计与施工中的4个关键问题,即防腐蚀等级标准、主动优先的设计原则、阴极保护技术的应用和施工中的表面处理和现场补伤。上述问题在防腐蚀设计与施工中没有被正确的认识和重视,成为影响防腐蚀工程质量和寿命的关键因素。防腐蚀等级标准的科学确定决定了设计标准的合理性,主动优先的设计原则保证了设计方法的系统性,阴极保护技术的应用确保了防腐蚀系统的安全性,表面处理和现场补伤的重点关注则保证了防腐蚀工程施工的质量。
Abstract:
Presents four key problems in anticorrosion design and construction of HVAC system, which are anticorrosion grade standard, design principle of active priority, application of cathodic protection technology and surface treatment and field patching. These problems are not properly recognized and paid attention in the anticorrosion design and construction, and become the key factors impacting the quality and life of anticorrosion engineering. The anticorrosion grade standard determines the rationality of the design standard, the design principle of active priority ensures the scientific design method, the application of cathodic protection technology ensures the safety of corrosion protection system, and the surface treatment and field patching guarantee the quality of the anticorrosion engineering construction.
