摘要:

总结了AP1000核电站通风系统在密封设计和泄漏等级划分方面的要求,通过对比核电站通风系统建造标准与国内外相应标准在泄漏检测方面的异同点,从辐射安全的角度指出核安全相关通风系统在泄漏检测上的要点及检测必要性;论述了AP1000核电站通风系统泄漏检测的系统完整性要求和试验方法,阐述了分部检测、最终接头测试及超压系统检测方法的使用及要求;探讨了泄漏边界的合理变更在实际工程中的应用。

Abstract:

Describes the requirements on the sealing design and leakage class of AP1000 nuclear power plant, compares the similarities and differences of leakage detection from the international and Chinese standards of nuclear power plant ventilation system, and identifies the key points and testing necessity of leakage detection for ventilation system related to nuclear safety. Summarizes system integrity requirements and test methods of AP1000 nuclear power plant ventilation system, describes the application and requirements for segment test, final joints and overpressure test, and discusses the reasonable changes of leakage boundary applying to practical project.
