摘要：
认为手术室不等同于洁净室，手术环境不应照搬洁净室技术，如此才能正确认识与落实2013年版《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》。随着手术技术进步和对感染认识的深入，手术环境控制要求与措施势必作相应的变化。应重视目前循证医学的发展，不断改进相应的控制措施，以适应当代手术与感控需求。
Abstract：
Considers that an operating room is not equal to a cleanroom, the surgical environment should not copy cleanroom technology. It is important to correctly understand and implement 2013 version of Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department. With the improvement of surgical technique and the progress of infection awareness, the requirements and measures of surgical environmental control are bound to change accordingly. It should pay attention to the current development of evidence-based medicine, and constantly improve the corresponding control measures for modern surgery and infection control needs.
