详细分析了机械式、超声波式、电磁式能量表的应用特点，指出电磁式能量表较适用于空调系统计量。结合某大型商业综合体的空调计费运行数据，分析了计量误差产生的原因。

Abstract：
Analyses the applying characteristics of mechanical, ultrasonic and electromagnetic BTU (British Thermal Units) meters, and considers that the electromagnetic BTU meter is one of the most suitable to be used in air conditioning metering system. With the measured data of the air conditioning energy consumption of a large commercial complex, analyses the main cause of the measurement errors.
