部分负荷下二次泵水系统管网特性研究

摘要:

用Flowmaster软件对二次泵变流量空调水系统在末端压差控制和供回水干管压差控制下的管网特性进行了分析,结果显示,在末端压差控制方式下,部分使用率时系统各支路出现欠流量状态;在供回水干管压差控制方式下,部分使用率时系统各支路出现过流量状态;集中空调水系统的流量分配不仅与系统中的热用户使用率有关,还与热用户分布密切相关。提出了一种变压差控制算法,通过模拟分析发现,部分使用率时各支路的流量分配都得到明显改善。

Abstract:

Uses the software Flowmaster for analysing the piping network performance of secondary pump variable water volume system under terminal loop pressure difference control and pressure difference control between supply and return mains. The results show that every passage of the system appears underflow under part loads when using the former control method,while overflow when using the latter control mode, and that the flow allocation of central air conditioning water system relates to not only the unilization ratio of thermal users but also the location pattern of them. Puts forward a variable pressure difference control method, and the results of simulating and analysing show that the flow allocation of every passage improves obviously under the part load.
