集中式电驱动水-水热泵机组制热工况运行能效实测分析
On-site measurement and analysis on operational energy performance of electricity-driven water-to-water heat pumps for centralized space heating systems
摘要:
介绍了我国寒冷地区某城市地源、污水源以及海水源热泵等15个集中式水-水热泵供热系统中22台热泵机组制热工况的现场实测情况。结果表明,大部分热泵机组实际运行制热性能系数低于额定值。总结了热泵机组实际运行过程中的典型问题:换热器结垢降低换热性能;热泵机组负荷率过低;用户侧供水温度过高。
Abstract:
Presents the on-site measurement results of the operational energy performance of twenty-two heat pumps in fifteen centralized space heating systems in a city of northern China, including geothermal heat pump systems, sewage-source heat pump systems and seawater-source heat pump systems. The results show that the measured operational heating coefficients of performance are lower than the rated values for most heat pump units. Summarizes the typical problems existing in actual operation of heat pump units including low heat transfer performance by scaling of heat exchanger, low load ratio of heat pump units and super-high supply water temperature of end-user side.
