摘要:
根据文献中的实验数据,绘制了不同工况下变频水泵机电综合等效率曲线,发现基于相似律的理论等效率曲线与机电综合等效率曲线存在很大偏差。结合工程实际测试,给出了变频水泵的机电综合等效率曲线及运行高效区间,验证了变频技术在水泵合理选型的基础上才能发挥更大的节能效果。
Abstract:
Based on experimental data in the relevant literature, draws the comprehensive electromechanical constant efficiency curves of variable frequency pump under different conditions, and finds the large deviation between the theoretical constant efficiency curves based on the similarity law and the comprehensive electromechanical constant efficiency curves. Combined with practical engineering test, provides the comprehensive electromechanical constant efficiency curves of variable frequency pump, and finds out the effective operation range. Verifies that the variable frequency technique can play a great energy-saving effect based on the reasonable selection of pumps.
