Influence factors and optimization tests for low temperature start-up of air-source heat pumps
摘要:
空气源热泵冬季停机冷却后重新启动存在制热时间长、耗电量大、舒适性较差等问题。通过理论和试验研究分析了影响空气源热泵低温启动的因素,并提出了停机前将制冷剂输送到室内套管换热器、改善机组启动预热期间控制方式的优化方案。

Abstract:
Air-source heat pump has many problems such as long heating time, large power consumption and poor comfort when restarting after shutdown and cooling down in winter. Analyses the influence factors of low temperature start-up of air-source heat pump with theory and experiment test, and provides an optimal program of transferring the refrigerant to indoor double-pipe heat exchanger and improving control mode in start preheating period.
