Regional distributed energy system planning for low carbon city development
摘要：
探讨了面向低碳城市和集中模块区域的分布式能源系统规划与传统能源系统规划的区别与联系，阐述了适应我国城市发展的区域分布式能源系统规划路径，给出了区域分布式能源系统的一般框架，并进一步结合能源互联网理念，提出了低碳城市区域能源局域网的构建思路。

Abstract：
Discusses the differences and relations between distributed energy system planning facing low carbon cities and central modular areas and traditional energy system planning. Illustrates the planning roadmap of the distributed energy system adapted to the urban development of our country, and gives the general frame of the distributed energy system. Furthermore, combined with energy Internet concept, puts forward the construction idea of the energy LAN of the low carbon city.
