房间空调换热器阻力对室内机风道系统的影响

Influence of resistance of heat exchangers on air duct system of indoor air conditioners

摘要:

建立了由贯流风机和换热器组成的空调室内机的三维模型,并对换热器结构和布置方式相同而阻力损失系数不同的4种形式的模型进行了数值计算,根据计算结果分析了当换热器阻力改变时,室内机风道系统流场存在的差异以及流量的变化情况,探讨了换热器阻力对贯流风机吸入口侧的影响。

Abstract:

Establishes a 3D model for the indoor air conditioner composed of the cross flow fan and heat exchanger, and simulates four type models with different resistance coefficient and the same heat exchanger structure and arrangement. Based on the simulation results, analyses the difference of flow field of the air duct system of indoor air conditioner as the resistance of heat exchanger changing, and states the change of the flow rate and the influence of resistance on inlet of cross flow fan.
