空气源热泵现场性能测试技术的研究进展
Research development of field performance test method of air-source heat pumps
摘要:
空气源热泵产品已在商用和民用建筑中广泛应用,但设备的现场安装、调控及运行环境与实验室有较大差异,实验室的测试结果不能直接表征设备的现场性能,如何准确地进行空气源热泵现场性能测试非常重要。总结分析了国内外学者关于现场运行性能测试技术的研究进展,指出制冷剂焓差法是实现空气源热泵较高精度长期测量的有效方法,可通过该方法获取详细的实际运行数据,实现现场运行性能测评,同时也可为空气源热泵的在线故障诊断和优化控制提供技术途径。
Abstract:
The air-source heat pump (ASHP) is widely used in both commercial and residential buildings. However, the on-site installation, control and operating environment of ASHP are quite different from laboratory, so the performance in laboratory is not reliable to represent the field performance of ASHP, therefore, how to measure the field performance of ASHP precisely is critically important. Summarizes and analyses the research development of field operating performance test method of ASHP prompted by domestic and overseas scholars. Points out that the refrigerant enthalpy difference method is an effective method to realize long-term measurement of ASHP with high accuracy, by which more detailed operating data of ASHP will be collected to assess the field performance of ASHP and provide technical path for the online fault diagnosis and optimal control of ASHP.
