介绍了热电厂的供热现状，分析了热电厂供热优化节能改造的必要性。通过对抽汽式汽轮机组进行低真空改造及将纯凝式汽轮机组改造为背压式汽轮机组，取得了显著的节能效果。

Abstract：
Presents the status of the plant district heating. Analyses the necessity of the energy efficiency reformation. By performing the low vacuum reformation of the extraction turbine and replacing the condensing steam turbine with a back pressure steam turbine, obtains obvious energy saving effects.
