基于BIM的建筑设备运维管理平台研究

摘要:
传统的建筑设备运营维护主要依靠运维人员翻阅大量的二维图纸与文档资料来进行,费时又费力。通过引入建筑信息模型(BIM)技术与移动互联网技术,研发了基于BIM的建筑设备运维管理平台,并协同设备运维移动客户端,实现建筑设备运维过程中的基本信息管理、维修保养管理和应急管理等,提高设备运维管理效率,使设备运维管理更加科学化。
Abstract:
The traditional construction equipment operation and maintenance management (O & M management) mainly rely on O & M management staff to check a large number of two-dimensional drawings and documents, which is time-consuming and laborious. By introducing the building information modeling (BIM) technology and mobile Internet technology, develops a construction equipment O & M management platform based on BIM. By collaborating with equipment O & M management mobile client, realizes the basic information management, maintenance management and emergency management in the process of O & M management, and improves the efficiency of equipment O & M management to make the O & M management more scientific.
