重庆地区绿色建筑实施现状与问题思考
Investigation and reflection on implementation status and problem of existing green buildings in Chongqing area
摘要：
介绍了重庆地区绿色建筑现状。选取了重庆地区获得绿色建筑认证的53个项目（公共建筑和居住建筑），基于绿色建筑评价标识评审报告，梳理了绿色建筑的主要技术途径，总结出重庆地区绿色建筑技术体系，包括重庆地区绿色建筑常用技术、少用技术，星级提升常用技术、少用技术，并对10个绿色公共建筑项目进行了实地调研考察。提出了对绿色建筑评价标准的反思。通过现场查勘、实测、问询等方式，对绿色建筑的技术落实情况及问题进行分析。从建设及设计单位、咨询单位、施工及监理单位、物业管理单位及使用人员4个方面对绿色建筑实施问题进行了总结归类，并针对问题，提出了按需选择技术、规范模拟分析、保证施工到位、加强后期监管4个方面的建议。
Abstract：
Presents the status of green buildings in Chongqing area. Selects fifty-three projects in Chongqing area with green building certification (public buildings and residential buildings), based on the review reports of green building evaluation, combs the main technical approaches of green building, summarizes the technology systems of green buildings in Chongqing area, including green buildings common techniques and less used techniques, common techniques for increasing star level and less used techniques, and conducts a field research on ten public buildings. Puts forward the reflection on green building evaluation standard. Obtains the situation of technique implementation and analysis of existing problems by field investigation, measurement and inquiry. Summarizes the problems of implementation from four aspects of design, consulting, construction and supervising, property management and users, and presents the suggestion including selecting techniques scientifically, setting simulation criterion, ensuring construction quality and strengthening supervisor in operation stage.
