基于吸收式换热的石化余热供暖新工艺及方案

摘要:

基于吸收式换热技术,针对石化行业设计出一种余热供暖新工艺。该工艺可以高效地回收石化厂低温余热,加大一次网供回水温差,提高系统供热能力。介绍了该工艺的流程与配置,并对某石化厂供暖提出了改造方案。从能效、环境及经济等方面对改造方案进行了评价。改造方案利用余热供暖,能降低供暖能耗,减少污染物排放。

Abstract:

Based on absorption heat transfer technology, designs a new process of waste heat heating for petrochemical industry. The new process can efficiently recycle the low-grade waste heat from the petrochemical plant, increase the temperature difference of the primary network, and improve the heating capacity of the system. Presents the process and configuration of the technology, proposes a retrofitting scheme for a petrochemical factory. Evaluates the scheme from three aspects of energy efficiency, environment and economy. The scheme can supply heat using waste water instead of coal and steam and reduce the energy consumption of heating and pollutants emission.
