基于工业热负荷与蒸汽管网的区域三联供能源系统设计与效益分析

摘要:

深圳市宝昌电厂附近分布有数十家企业,具有稳定的工业生产热负荷,且部分建筑具有稳定的季节性冷负荷。从区域建筑负荷特征出发,结合电厂的改扩建规划,提出构建区域三联供能源系统,利用发电余热供应工业热负荷,利用蒸汽溴化锂吸收式制冷站为部分建筑供冷。综合效益分析表明,该系统的一次能源耗量和碳排量均相当于传统分供方式的2/3,且冷、热、电价格均有所降低,工业企业的年用热成本可降低5 977.72万元,负责区域供冷的能源管理公司有9 057.6万元的年利润空间。

Abstract:

There are tens of enterprises nearby Baochang Power Plant in Shenzhen, which has steady industrial heating load and steady seasonal cooling load for some buildings. Based on the characteristics of district building load and combining with a retrofitting project, proposes a district combined cooling heating and power energy system, meeting the industrial heating load by waste heat and cooling load by steamed LiBr absorption refrigerating stations. The comprehensive benefit analysis shows that the primary energy consumption and carbon emission of this system are both reduced one third of those of traditional energy supplying system, the prices of cooling, heating and electricity are all decreased, the heating cost of enterprises can save 59.777 2 million yuan, and the energy service company in charge of the cooling part has a profit margin of 90.576 million yuan.
