气膜储煤棚通风系统设计探讨
Ventilation system design for air supported structure of coal storage
摘要:
介绍了气膜储煤棚通风系统的设计思路,分析了其设计计算方法、设备选型、内外压差控制以及气流组织数值模拟。为防止通风系统引起膜内粉尘的二次扬尘以及室外排风的粉尘污染,室内进风通过风道保持风口向上出风,室外排风采用水浴除尘方法。针对室内职业卫生以及安全保护要求,储煤棚内设置了粉尘以及瓦斯监测装置。
Abstract:
Presents the design thought of ventilation system for air supported structures of coal storage, and analyses its design calculation method, equipment selection, inside and outside pressure difference control and numerical simulation of air distribution. To prevent the dust from re-entrainment inside and outside the air supported structure caused by ventilation system, the indoor air enters the air outlet through the air duct, and the outdoor air exhaust adopts water bath dust removal method. In consideration of the indoor occupation health and safety protection requirements, dust and gas monitoring facilities are set up inside the air supported structure.
