Simulation and study on different ventilation modes for closed underground railway vehicle service workshop
摘要:
以上海某封闭式地铁车辆检修库为研究对象,采用CFD对检修库内的通风气流组织进行模拟计算,分析比较模拟结果(主要针对成年男子呼吸区范围内的气流速度分布和平均空气龄分布2个通风有效性评价指标),判断5种不同通风模式下库内的通风效果。结果显示,传统风管式通风模式下,机械补风代替自然补风能显著改善室内通风效果;在传统风管式通风模式下,机械下进风与上进风相比较,由于受到库内停放地铁车辆的影响,通风效果不升反降;壁式送排风机+推射诱导风机方案与传统风管式相比,通风效果优势十分明显,且运营时具有很大的灵活性。
Abstract:
Taking a closed underground railway vehicle service workshop as an object, simulates the air flow in the service workshop using the CFD technique. Analyses and compares the simulation results (mainly two ventilation effectiveness evaluation indexes including the air velocity distribution and the average air age distribution within adult mens breathing area) to determine the ventilation efficiency of five different ventilation modes. The results show that in the traditional air duct ventilation mode, the mechanical ventilation can significantly improve the indoor ventilation effect instead of natural ventilation. In the traditional air duct ventilation mode, the mechanical ventilation effect of bottom air inlet is worse than that of upper air inlet due to the impact of parked vehicles. The advantage of ventilation effect of induction fan mode is very obvious compared with the traditional air duct ventilation mode and the daily operation is very flexible.
