摘要：
归纳了铁路调度中心数据机房的组成、特点和要求。针对铁路数据机房空调采用的风冷、冷水、水冷型3种空调型式，从安全性、可靠性、节能性、环保性、可扩容性、适应性、运维管理等方面进行了分析，从而为不同规模、不同地域、不同边界条件的数据机房设计提供参考。

Abstract：
Summarizes the composition, characteristics and requirements of a railway dispatching centres data room. In view of three types of air conditioning systems applied to data rooms for railway: air cooled, chilled water and cooling water, analyses their features of safety, reliability, energy saving, environmental protection, extensive application, adaptability, and operation and management, etc. Provides the references for the design of data rooms with different scales and boundary conditions in different regions.
