某地铁车站空调水系统节能控制系统设计及节能测试数据分析

摘要:

详细介绍了该地铁车站空调水系统节能控制系统的设计。结合地铁车站空调水系统控制的特点和难点,综合应用负荷预测、模糊控制、变频调节等多项技术,以空调水系统的系统COP最优为控制目标,对空调水系统设备进行节能控制和协调运行,并采用模式控制方式实现风系统和水系统的联动控制。全线15个制冷站的实测结果显示,各车站水系统节能控制系统的综合节能率大于25%,验证了节能控制系统的有效性。

Abstract:

Presents the energy saving control system design of air conditioning water system for an underground railway station in detail. Considering the characteristics and difficulties of air conditioning water system control in the underground railway station and combining with many technologies of load forecasting, fuzzy control, frequency conversion and others, conducts the energy saving control on air conditioning water system and equipment with the target of optimal COP of air conditioning water system. Adopts a mode control method to realize the linkage control and coordinated operation of air system and water system. According to the test data of fifteen cooling stations, the comprehensive energy saving rate of the energy saving control system at all stations is more than 25%, which verifies the effectiveness of energy saving control system of the water system.
