空调系统冷水泵并联变频优化运行

Optimal operation of parallel variable frequency chilled water pumps in air conditioning system

摘要:

分析了多台水泵定变组合、大小搭配以及同步变频时的安全性及节能性,计算了冷水泵不同搭配组合的能耗。从水泵效率最高、总能耗最低的角度,提出冷水泵应与机组相对应,且应同步变频调速。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the safety and energy efficiency of multiple pumps in the modes of fixed and variable frequency combinations, mixed size and synchronization frequency, calculates the energy consumption of chilled water pumps in the different combinations. From the aspects of the highest efficiency and the minimum energy consumption, proposes that the chilled water pump operation should be correspond with the water chiller units and the pumps should be operated by frequency synchonization.
