摘要：
对换热器换热量进行了理论计算分析，结果显示，其主要影响因素是污水黏度、换热器导热系数和管外污水流动速度。给出了污水对流换热系数的计算值和测试值。

Abstract：
Presents the theoretical calculation and analysis of heat transfer rate, and the result shows that the main influencing factors are the sewage viscosity, thermal conductivity of heat exchanger and flow rate of sewage outside the tube. Presents the calculated and measured value of convective heat transfer coefficient.
