地铁车站专用直膨式空调机组的蒸发器性能

摘要:
建立了直膨式空调机的实验测试台,对椭圆管和圆管蒸发器的热工性能进行了测试。应用Fluent数值模拟软件对其热工性能进行了模拟计算。实验和模拟计算结果显示,椭圆管蒸发器有较优异的热工性能。比较了消耗单位功率所能传递单位面积的冷量、传热系数与功率消耗之比、努塞尔数与功率消耗之比3个指标,椭圆管蒸发器比圆管蒸发器分别高58.3%,54.6%,65.6%。
Abstract:
Establishes an experimental test bench of direct-expansion air conditioner to test the thermal performance of elliptical tube and circular tube evaporators. Simulates the thermal performance of evaporators by Fluent software. Experimental and simulation results show that the elliptical tube evaporator has excellent thermal performance. By comparing three indexes of cooling capacity per unit area under unit power, ratio of heat transfer coefficient to power consumption, ratio of Nu to power consumption, the indexes values of elliptical tube is 58.3%,54.6% and 65.6% higher than those of circular tube respectively.
