非开挖热力管道磁-温梯度差检测技术研究

摘要:
针对热力管道泄漏检测提出了一种磁-温梯度差检测方法。阐述了检测原理,通过对供热管道模型的有限元仿真,从原理上论证了该检测方法的可行性。研制了热力管道非开挖磁-温综合检测仪,结合实际工程进行了现场验证,结果表明该仪器能对管道泄漏点进行快速准确的定位,对泄漏点检出率可达90%以上。

Abstract:
Proposes a method of magnetic-thermal gradient difference test for the heating pipeline leakage test. Presents the test principle of the method. Through the finite element analysis of the heating pipeline, verifies the feasibility of the method from the principle. Invents a kind of magnetic-thermal comprehensive test instrument for non-excavation heating pipeline, and verifies its reliability in a practical project. The results show that it can locate pipeline leak quickly and accurately, with the leak test rate of over 90%.
