一种新型冰浆制取系统的性能分析
Performance analysis of a novel ice slurry generation system
摘要:
设计了一种相变型直接接触式冰浆制取系统。在相同边界条件下,对该系统及传统壁面刮削法冰浆制取系统所使用的2种冰浆生产模型进行了数值模拟研究。结果显示,新型系统的循环制冷性能系数(COP)达到6.39,而传统方法仅为3.81;相对传统系统,新型系统的制冰性能系数(CIPP)增大67.1%。

Abstract:
Designs a phase change and direct contact ice slurry generation system. Numerically simulates and studies the two theoretical slurry production systems of phase change and direct contact ice slurry generation system and conventional scraped surface ice slurry generation system under the same boundary conditions. The results show that the coefficient of performance (COP) of the novel system is 6.39, while conventional system is only 3.81, and the coefficient of ice producing performance (CIPP) increases 67.1% compared to the conventional system.
