摘要:
天津泰达广场A区和B区项目是由办公楼、商业配套组成的城市综合体,属超高层建筑。介绍了该项目的空调冷热源方案、空调水系统方案、空调加湿方案及利用通风竖井进行自然通风的效果。结果表明,采用的冰蓄冷+燃气热水锅炉、竖向水系统分区、高压微雾加湿系统的空调方案是相对可靠经济的。同时,在过渡季节利用通风竖井对塔楼进行自然通风能取得良好的效果。
Abstract:
Tianjin TEDA district A and B is a city complex composed of office area and commercial facilities, which is a super high-rise building project. Presents the cold and heat source, water system and humidification of air conditioning systems, and the effect of natural ventilation using ventilation shaft. The results show that the air conditioning system solution which comprises ice storage with gas-fired hot water boiler, vertical zoning of water system and high pressure micro fog humidification system is reliable and economic. And the natural ventilation is effective using ventilation shaft in the transition season.
