西安市居住建筑通风降温时效性分析
Timeliness analysis of ventilation cooling in residential buildings in Xi’an

在国内外相关研究的基础上建立了适用于西安地区的建筑自然通风热舒适评价模型,以西安市典型民居为例,依据西安市近30年的气象观测数据对室内通风模拟分析,分别得到民居夏季过热时数与采用舒适通风策略后的过热时数,对比得出自然通风可减少西安市居住建筑约40%的夏季空调开启时数。

Abstract:
On the basis of related research in China and abroad, establishes a thermal comfort evaluation model of natural ventilation for residential buildings in Xi’an. Taking the typical residential buildings as research objects, carries out an indoor ventilating simulation analysis based on the latest 30 years’ climate data of Xi’an. Gains the overheat hours before and after using comfort ventilation. The comparison result shows that 40% operating hours of the air conditioners in summer can be reduced by natural ventilation.
