分析了变风量空调系统常用的风量平衡调试方法和启动阶段的运行控制方法，总结了变风量空调系统启动阶段送风量不平衡的原因，解析了送风支管设置手动风阀对VAV-BOX风阀的影响，提出了解决变风量空调系统启动阶段风量不平衡的方法。

Abstract：
Analyses the common air balancing method and the operation control method in the start-up stage of VAV air conditioning systems. Summarizes the causes of unbalanced air supply in the start-up stage. Analyses the influence of manual air dumpers installed in branch ducts on air dumpers of VAV-BOX. Proposes a new method to solve the problem of unbalanced air supply in the start-up stage of VAV air conditioning systems.
