详细介绍了国内外数据中心曾经采用和目前正在采用的关键性能指标。重点讨论了目前国际上广泛使用的电能使用效率PUE、新颁布的国家标准中电能使用效率EEUE，以及国外新推出的若干性能指标。指出了PUE存在的不足，介绍了PUE和EEUE的测量和计算方法。

Abstract：
Presents the key performance indicators which have been adopted and are currently used in data centers at home and abroad in detail. Focuses on the power usage effectiveness (PUE) which is widely used in the world, the electric energy usage effectiveness (EEUE) issued by the new national standard, as well as some new foreign performance indicators. Points out the shortcomings of PUE, and presents the measurement and calculation methods of PUE and EEUE.
