摘要：
结合软件模拟与情景分析的方法预测商务区建筑群负荷，并对不同建筑类型进行混合功能配比。利用负荷平准化率，对建筑群的平准化评价进行分析，得到了合适的建筑配比，可使能源系统的利用率提高，建筑能耗降低。

Abstract：
Predicts the load of a community building group by software simulation and scenario analysis and mixes the function of different building types. Using the load leveling rate, analyses the load leveling of the building group. Obtains the rational building ratio, which can improve the utilization efficiency of energy system and reduce the building energy consumption.
