Some key points in urban demand side energy planning

指出了需求侧能源规划是从底到顶的规划,在需求侧采取降负荷和节能措施可作为供应侧的替代资源。给出了城区精细化负荷预测的流程,提出了基于热电比拟的城区负荷预测状态空间模型的思路;建议在负荷预测中细分建筑类型。分析了第三代分布式能源的技术经济性,并提出了在既有城区更新改造中基于互联网思维的区域能源系统的解决方案。
Abstract:
Points out that demand side energy planning is from the bottom to the top. Decreasing load and using energy saving measures at the demand side can be used as the alternate resource for the supply side. Presents the process for predicting urban elaborate load. Puts forward an idea of establishing a state space model for urban load prediction based on thermoelectricity analogy. Suggests that buildings should be subdivided into different types. Analyses the technological economy of the third generation of distributed energy. Proposes a district energy system for retrofitting the existing urban area based on the Internet.
