介绍了该示范工程的建设概况、系统设计及运行情况，并根据实际运行数据从节能降耗、环保和经济效益三个方面进行了分析，结果表明该项目节能、环保，经济效益显著，宜于扩大应用规模。

Abstract：
Presents the construction, system design and operation of the demonstration project and analyses it from the aspects of energy saving, environmental protection and economic effects based on operation data. The result indicates that the ground-source heat pump system has significant benefits in the three aspects and could be promoted in a larger scale.
