热管/蒸气压缩复合水环热泵系统在无内区建筑中的应用效果

摘要:

水环热泵系统应用于大内区建筑时节能效果显著。近年来,为追求独立调控、分户计量的效果,很多小内区甚至无内区建筑也采用该系统,其热泵的取热量几乎全部由锅炉提供,导致能量品位的浪费以及燃料与电的双重花费。针对上述情况,提出了基于分离式热管和蒸气压缩式制冷的复合水环热泵机组技术方案,并构建了可实现高温热水直接向末端供热的复合水环热泵系统。以某典型无内区建筑为例,模拟分析了复合水环热泵系统在我国不同气候条件下的全年运行性能。结果表明,与现行的常规水环热泵系统相比,该系统具有良好的适应性和节能效果,供暖期的节能率可达30%~35%。

Abstract:

Water-loop heat pump (WLHP) system is evaluated as one of the most efficient air conditioning systems in buildings with large interior zone. However, WLHP has be applied to buildings with little interior zone in recent years because of its individual control and metering advantages. In winter the heat is mainly added to the water loop from boiler, which leads to the energy quality loss and operation cost of fuel and electricity. To solve this problem, proposes an integrated water-loop heat pump unit combining with thermosyphon and vapor compression refrigeration, which supplies heat from high temperature hot water to terminals directly with thermosyphon cycle. Taking a representative building without interior zone as an example, analyses the annual performance of the integrated WLHP applied in different climates based on simulation. The results show that the integrated WLHP has a great energy saving potential and applicability with its energy saving rate up to 30%~35% during heating period compared with conventional WLHP.
