虹桥天都商厦空调水系统变频改造实例
Retrofit project of frequency control in air conditioning water system for Hongqiao Tiandu Plaza
摘要:
介绍了该商厦空调水系统变频节能改造的全过程,包括空调水系统运行情况的调研、变频器数量的确定、温差和压差两种控制方式的比选、控制目标简述、节能量分析等环节。通过采取一系列技术措施,解决了水系统平衡失调、制冷机组管路旁通、水泵输送能耗过高等问题,改善了商厦内的环境状况。通过实测推算出节能量估算方法,代入2008年同期数据估算得出该商厦空调水系统年节能量可达56.5万kW·h,与改造后电表实际计量结果接近。
Abstract:
Presents the whole retrofitting process, including the operating conditions survey of the water system, determination of the frequency converter number, comparison and selection of the temperature difference control and pressure difference control, expression of the control objective, the analysis of energy saving effects, etc. By adopting some technical measures, solves the problems of water system imbalance, water bypass loss of chillers and overhigh transport energy consumption of pumps and improves the indoor environment. Based on a field test and theoretical analysis, quantifies the energy saving effects—reducing the annual energy consumption of water system by 565 000 kilowatt-hours compared with the operation data of 2008 and closing to the result of metering device.
