Environmental control system design in Xi’an underground railway line 2
摘要:
基于对西安近20年气象数据的分析处理,确定了合理的室外设计计算参数。根据气候特点对环控系统形式进行了技术经济比较,采用了屏蔽门系统。通过对隧道通风系统热环境的模拟计算,简化了屏蔽门漏风传热对车站空调负荷的影响及计算,合理确定了系统规模和设备容量。采用风机变频控制策略、冷水群控系统、变流量一级泵系统、空调送风净化装置、阵列式消声器等先进技术及节能措施,运营测试结果表明系统运行平稳可靠、安全节能。
Abstract:
Based on the analytical process of meteorological data of Xi’an in the past 20 years, confirms the reasonable outdoor design calculation parameters. Compares the economic parameters and technology of environmental control system (ECS) according to the characteristics of the climate, and applies the platform screen door system. By simulating the thermal environment of tunnel ventilation system, simplifies the calculation of impact on the air conditioning load, which is affected by the heat transfer owing to the air-leakage of platform screen door, and identifies the adaptive system scale and facility capacity. Applies some advanced technologies and energy saving methods, including the variable frequency control strategy of fans, the chilled water group control system, the variable flow distribution with primary pump system, the purification plant of air supply and the array muffler. The operating test results prove that the system is reliable, stable, safe and energy-saving.
