混凝土辐射地板新型通断调节方法性能分析
Performance analysis of a novel on-off control method for concrete radiant floor
摘要:
在应用混凝土辐射地板结合集中热网进行供暖时,为了充分利用末端的热惯性,降低回水温度,采用了一种新型通断控制方法。通水时间固定为混凝土末端中存水的置换时长;断水时间内利用埋管中存水降温继续向室内供暖。为了探究控制方法的性能,建立了混凝土辐射地板的传热计算模型。模拟及实测结果表明,该通断控制方法可以实现地板表面温度及供热量基本稳定,同时大幅降低回水温度,提高热源利用效率。
Abstract:
In order to take full advantages of the thermal inertia of heating terminal and reduce return water temperature when using concrete radiant floor combined with heating network, adopts a novel on-off control method. Running time of water valve in each period is constant, which equals to the replacement time of water in the buried pipe of concrete terminal. When valve closes, water in the buried pipe releases heat to the floor while water temperature decreases. Establishes a heat transfer calculation model of concrete radiant floor to explore the performance of the control method. Simulation and test results show that under different working conditions, the floor surface temperature and heating capacity remain stable and the return water temperature decreases significantly so that the energy utilization efficiency can be improved.
