我国机房专用空调性能试验

Experimental study on performances of computer room air conditioners in China

摘要:

测试了17个机房专用空调厂家生产的制冷量70 kW的机房专用空调,结果显示:65%的机组制冷量超过额定值70 kW,53%的机组能效比达到3.0以上,82%的机组显热比大于等于0.9,76%的机组室内机A声级噪声满足标准要求的74 dB以下,83%的机组室外机A声级噪声满足标准要求的66 dB以下;机组能效比范围为2.26~3.25,显热比范围为0.84~0.97,冷风比范围为2.61~4.06 W/(m3/h),室内机A声级噪声范围为72.3~79.3 dB,室外机A声级噪声范围为57.2~70.8 dB。机组电源适用性、报警与保护功能、四遥功能测试结果较好。很多厂家缺少专业的实验室,在出厂时未进行调试检验,建议各厂家提高机房专用空调的测试能力。

Abstract:

Tests the computer room air conditioners with nominal cooling capacity lower than 70 kW from 17 manufacturers. The test results show that 65% of the units cooling capacity exceeds the rated 70 kW, 53% of the units EER exceeds 3.0, 82% of the units sensible heat ratio is not less than 0.9, 76% of the indoor units noise is not more than the standard requirement noise 74 dB, 83% of the outdoor units noise is not more than the standard requirement noise 66 dB; unit EER is in the range of 2.26 to 3.25, sensible heat ratio is in the range of 0.84 to 0.97, the ratio of cooling capacity and air flow rate is in the range of 2.61 to 4.06 W/(m3/h), the indoor noise is in the range of 72.3 to 79.3 dB, outdoor unit noise is in the range of 57.2 to 70.8 dB. Obtains the better test results of the applicability of unit power supply, alarm and protection functions and four remote functions. Because of the lack of specialized laboratories, many manufacturers can not conduct factory commissioning tests. Recommends the manufacturers to improve the test ability of the computer room air conditioners.
