高截面单双侧条缝式槽边排风罩排风量的影响因素
Factors influencing exhaust air rate of single and double side slittype slot hood with high section
摘要:
通过搭建条缝式排风罩试验台并建立相应的物理模型,验证了CFD数值模拟方法在本文研究中的适用性。模拟分析了影响排风量的因素,分别得出了条缝风口高度、槽宽、槽长和控制风速对排风量的单因素影响关系,然后进行耦合分析得到了新的排风量计算公式。对比了采用不同方法求得的排风量,结果表明,采用本文公式计算得到的排风量大于设计手册方法的计算结果。
Abstract:
Builds a test rig of slittype hood and establishes a corresponding physical mode, and confirms the applicability of CFD simulation model. Simulates and analyses the influencing factors of the exhaust air rate, obtains the single factor relationship of the exhaust air rate with the height of the slit outlet, the slot width, the slot length and the wind velocity in the control region, and summarizes a new formula for calculating the exhaust air rate. Compares the exhaust air rate calculated by different methods, the results show that the exhaust air rate calculated by this paper method is higher than that calculated by the design manual method.
