一种有效减少高发热量设备室通风量和热损失的措施
Effective measure to reduce ventilation rate and heat loss for high heat release rate equipment room
摘要:
介绍了放射性厂房中高发热量设备室通风的一般形式,提出了采用增加隔热保温材料优化设备室通风的措施。CFD模拟结果表明,该措施能有效降低设备室混凝土围护结构的温度,减少热损失,降低通风系统风量,从而达到节能、降低设备初投资和便于管道布置的效果。

Abstract:
Presents a common ventilation system for the high heat release rate equipment room in radioactive workshop. Proposes a measure to optimize the ventilation of the equipment room using adiabatic material. The simulation results show that using adiabatic material can reduce the temperature of concrete envelope, the heat loss and the system ventilation rate, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving, equipment initial investment reduction and HVAC pipeline layout facilitation.
