大风量Ⅲ型活性炭碘吸附器及其装卸料装置的技术研究

摘要:

介绍了研制的核电厂大风量(额定风量可达25 500 m3/h)的Ⅲ型活性炭碘吸附器及其装卸料装置的结构组成和主要性能指标,并详细分析了各项验证试验的数据。结果表明,所研制设备性能符合标准验收准则,满足核设施大风量空气净化系统对Ⅲ型活性炭碘吸附器的应用需求。

Abstract:

Presents the configuration and main technical performance of a Ⅲtype charcoal Iodine adsorber with large flow rate (up to 25 500 m3/h) and its loading and unloading equipments. Analyses the test data of every qualification test to comply with the criterions stated in the relative standards. The results show that the adsorber meets the requirements of the acceptance standard and satisfies the application of air cleaning systems with large flow rate to nuclear facilities.
