制糖厂热能梯级利用优化方法及其实践研究
Research on optimization method and practice of sugar factory energy consumption
摘要：
分析了制糖工艺的热工流程特点，提出了热能梯级利用优化方法。该优化方法利用工业和民用供热的能量品位需求特性，回收了汽轮机抽汽的剩余做功能力和制糖厂工业低品位伴生余热。实践证明，该方法取得了显著的节能节资效果。

Abstract：
Analyses thermal process characteristics of the sugar process and proposes an optimal method of thermal energy system. This method fully uses the characteristics of the industrial and civil heating energy demand to recover the extraction steam waste energy and low grade heat. The practice proves that the method achieves remarkable energy saving effect.
