民用建筑防烟措施调研与探讨
Investigation and discussion of smoke proof for civil buildings
摘要:
以问卷调查的方式,调研了居住建筑和公共建筑机械加压送风防烟和可开启外窗自然排烟防烟方式的使用情况。结果表明,在设置了机械加压送风系统的场所,在外观上完全符合消防要求的为42.9%。此比例甚至低于自然排烟防烟方式的最大可能可靠度50%。机械加压送风系统存在的问题并不是个例,针对2种防烟方式的应用提出了相应的解决思路。

Abstract:
Investigates the use of natural smoke control and mechanical smoke control in residential buildings and public buildings, by means of questionnaire survey. The results show that in the places where the mechanical smoke control systems are installed, only 42.9% are complied with the fire fighting requirements in appearance. This ratio is even less than 50% the maximum possible reliability of a natural smoke control method. For the application of the two ways, proposes some solutions.
