二级泵水系统的设计与问题分析
Design and problem analysis of secondary water pumping distribution system
摘要:
空调二级泵水系统是大型建筑空调中比较常见的系统形式。介绍了二级泵系统的阻力特性和适用性,研究了末端和水系统静特性,分析了系统耦合管倒流问题和一些实际运行的系统出现“小温差、大流量”现象的原因。提出了在空调设计中,末端供冷量应适当加大、控制阀口径选择应精确计算、初级泵和次级泵扬程应匹配,以及做好初调适和运行管理的相关建议。
Abstract:
Secondary water pumping distribution system is a common kind of chilled water distribution system used in HVAC design of large scale buildings. Presents the flow resistance characteristics and the applicability of the secondary water pumping distribution system. Studies the static characteristics of the terminal coil and the water system, and analyses the causes of chilled water system bypass pipe backflow and “small temperature difference, large flow rate” operation. Recommends moderately increasing terminal unit cooling capacity, precisely selecting control valve size, matching the primary pump head with the secondary pump lift during design practice, as well as performing preliminary commissioning and operation management.
