石化厂低品位余热回收在热电联产集中供热领域的技术措施与实践
Technologies and application of waste heat recovery in petrochemical plants for cogeneration district heating
摘要:
探讨了石化厂低品位余热梯级综合利用的可行性,分析了余热资源的种类、规模及其特点。以一个热电厂为例,基于高品位余热直接换热与低品位余热采用吸收式热泵回收等技术措施设计了工程方案。工程测试结果表明余热利用节能效果显著,具有良好的经济性和环保性。

Abstract:
Discusses the feasibility of comprehensive cascade utilization of the low grade waste heat recovery in the petrochemical industry. Analyses the types, capacity and characteristics of the waste heat resources. Taking a cogeneration power plant as an example, designs a technological scheme, combining direct heat exchange of high grade waste heat with absorption heat pump recovery of low grade waste heat. The engineering test results show that the energy saving effect of waste heat utilization is obvious,contributing to social economic benefits and environmental protection.
