叶片型式与数量对轴流式旋风除尘器性能影响的模拟分析

摘要:

为解决通风系统中过滤除尘方式存在的易于积灰阻塞等问题,将轴流式旋风除尘器引入通风系统中,利用数值模拟方法分析了导流叶片型式与数量对设备性能的影响。通过对比4种不同准线叶片在不同数量下的相关性能指标,得到了不同型式叶片的主要特征,并对叶片数量在不同准线型式下对性能指标的影响进行了定量化分析。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of the dust accumulation in the filter of ventilation system, introduces an axial cyclone dust separator into ventilation system. Investigates the influence of types and numbers of guide vanes on the performance of the axial cyclone dust separator by CFD method. Compares the performance of four types of vanes with different directrix equations, and concludes the features of the vanes. Quantitatively studies the effect of vane numbers in different directrix types on the performance.
