核电通风系统双层微穿孔板消声器研究
Study on double microperforated muffler for ventilation system in nuclear power plants
摘要:
空调通风系统噪声是核电厂主控制室噪声的主要来源。通过主控制室噪声预测分析,提出主控制室降噪需要开发符合核电厂使用环境要求,且具有良好宽频消声性能的新型净化消声器。在双层微穿孔板吸声结构设计的基础上,研发了适用于核电通风系统的新型消声器,并对样机的声学性能和空气动力性能进行了数值分析和实验验证。结果表明,新型消声器消声量的插入损失在设计频率下均达到25 dB以上,其压力损失在设计工况下满足设计要求,且低于传统阻性消声器。
Abstract:
Noise from ventilation system is the main source in the main control room of nuclear power plants. Analyses the noise in main control room and points out that a new type of muffler which according with environmental requirements of nuclear power plant and having good muffler performance with wide band is needed. Develops a new type of muffler applied to ventilation system based on the study of multilayer microperforated plate absorber, and tests and numerically analyses the acoustic and aerodynamic performance. The result shows that the insertion loss achieves 25 dB in designing frequency and the pressure loss meets the design requirements and is less than that of the traditional impedance muffler.
