辽宁徐大堡核电工程风冷冷水机组低温环境运行的保障措施
Safeguard measures of aircooled water chillers in low temperature environment for Liaoning Xudapu nuclear power project
摘要:
以该核电一期工程采用的风冷式冷水机组为研究对象,指出在-30.9 ℃室外环境温度下风冷式冷水机组需要采取保温措施和保证机组正常启动与运行的措施。介绍了该工程中风冷冷水机组在低温环境下采用的运行保障技术,如对压缩机、蒸发器、电控箱的保温,压缩机高低压差的建立,膨胀阀供液压差的建立,冷凝压力调节以及保证系统的回油等。
Abstract:
Taking the aircooled water chillers in the first phase of the nuclear power as the research object, points out the needed insulation measures and guarantee measures for the normal startup and operation of the unit at the outdoor environment temperature of -30.9 ℃. Presents the techniques for ensuring safe operation of the unit in the low temperature environment, such as the insulation of compressor, evaporator and electric cabinet, the establishment of the pressure difference between discharge pressure and suction pressure of compressors, the establishment of hydraulic pressure difference of expansion valves, the regulation of condensing pressure and the oil return of the guarantee system.
